Gluten-free Cookies
Ingredients
- 1cup oat meal
- 1cup almond meal
- 2tbsp corn flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 1/2cup flaxseed powder
- 1/2cup butter
- 2tbsp honey
- 1cup powdered sugar
- 2tbsp milk
- little bit vanilla essence
Take all dry ingredients in a bowl mix them
properly. Add other ingredients and make dough. Chill the dough in the fridge
for 15 mints. Then make small balls from the dough and flat them to give round
shape. Keep them on a greased baking tray and bake them in pre-heated oven at
180°C for 15 mints. Let them cool for fifteen minutes and enjoy with tea and
coffee.
