Italian Almond Biscotti



Kids often refuse to take almonds and you feel upset being deprived of adding healthy nutrients. Don't worry try Italian Almond Biscotti at home.

Ingredients

-All purpose flour: 2 cups
-Castor Sugar: 1 cup
-Egg: one
-For Egg less: 1 Tbsp yoghurt and 2 Tbsp milk
-Chopped, roasted almonds: 1/2 cup
-Baking Soda: 1Tsp
-Butter: 3/4th cup







Methods

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and prepare a semi-hard dough

Step 2: Give the shape of cookies according to your choice.

Step 3: Bake the cookies in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degree C

Step 4: Take out the cookies from the oven. It may have bit soggy texture which will be automatically managed with air contact. It will turn crispy within five minutes
